1. Parties
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Trabzon Rentacar ("Company") and the person who registers as a member of our website ("Member").
2. Subject Matter
This Agreement covers the Member's account creation, account usage, use of the services, and the determination of mutual rights and obligations.
3. Membership Conditions
- Members must be at least 18 years of age.
- Information provided for membership must be accurate, current and complete.
- Account security and password confidentiality are the Member's responsibility. The Member is responsible for all transactions made with their account.
- Each individual is granted the right to open only one account.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Member
- The Member must use the website in accordance with the law, public morality and this Agreement.
- The Member undertakes not to violate the personal data of others, not to create fake accounts, and not to use bots or scripts.
- The Member acknowledges that reservations, contractual obligations and payments made through their account belong to them.
- The Member is obliged to notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their account.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Company
- The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but is not liable for disruptions resulting from technical outages, maintenance and force majeure events.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete the membership of any account it determines to be in breach of law or this Agreement, without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to change the scope of the service and to update pricing; existing reservations are subject to the conditions in effect at the time of booking.
6. Intellectual Property
All visual, textual, software and brand elements on our website are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Termination of the Agreement
The Member may terminate the membership at any time by deleting the account. The Company may also unilaterally terminate the membership in case of breach.
8. Dispute Resolution
The Laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from this Agreement. The courts and execution offices of Trabzon are competent for disputes. For consumer complaints, applications may be made to provincial/district Consumer Arbitration Committees.
9. Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to update the terms of the Agreement. Significant changes will be announced on our website and become effective as of the announcement date.
