Pre-information form ensuring consumer information before a car-rental reservation in line with the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Service Information

This Pre-Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in respect of car-rental reservations made through Trabzon Rentacar.

3. Essential Characteristics of the Service

  • Make, model and class of the vehicle to be rented,
  • Rental start and end dates/times,
  • Pickup and return locations,
  • Total rental price and what it includes (VAT inclusive),
  • Additional services added (baby seat, GPS, additional driver, etc.) and their prices,
  • Applicable insurance and rental cover.

This information is shown in detail on the reservation screen.

4. Total Price and Payment Information

The total price is shown on the reservation screen in Turkish Lira (TL), VAT inclusive. Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or cash/card at the office. Online payments are processed on a PCI-DSS certified infrastructure.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 48 of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have a right of withdrawal up to 14 days before the service date. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the fee is refunded. Where the service has begun (the vehicle has been picked up), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

6. Cancellation Conditions

For detailed cancellation/refund terms please see our Cancellation and Refund Terms page. In summary: cancellations earlier than 24 hours are free; for cancellations within 24 hours, one day's rental fee is deducted.

7. Complaint and Application Channels

You can reach our offices for questions and complaints through the channels listed on our Contact page. For consumer complaints, applications may be made to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.

8. Approval

Before completing the reservation, you are asked to confirm that you have read this Pre-Information Form and are aware of its contents. Without this approval, you cannot accept the Distance Sales Contract.
