1. Parties
This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") is entered into between Trabzon Rentacar acting as the Seller and the Customer who completes the reservation as the Buyer.
2. Subject
The subject of the Contract is the provision by the Seller of the car-rental service selected by the Buyer through Trabzon Rentacar's online reservation system, along with the relevant conditions.
3. Service Information
The essential characteristics of the service (vehicle make/model, rental period, pickup/return location, additional services and total price) are shown in detail on the reservation screen. The Buyer reviews and approves this information before accepting the Contract.
4. Price and Payment
- The total price is shown on the reservation screen in Turkish Lira (TL); VAT is included.
- Payment may be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), bank transfer/EFT, or by cash/card at the time of vehicle pickup.
- Online payments are processed on a PCI-DSS certified infrastructure; card details are not stored by Trabzon Rentacar.
5. Time and Place of Delivery
The vehicle is handed over to the Buyer at the date, time and location specified in the reservation. The Seller cannot be held liable for situations resulting from the Buyer's late arrival or incomplete information.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 48 of Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal before the service date. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has started (e.g. the vehicle has been picked up).

7. Buyer's Obligations
- To provide a valid driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and a personal credit card / security deposit,
- To use the vehicle within the purpose and geographical boundaries set out in the contract,
- To comply with traffic rules and the vehicle's instructions for use,
- To notify the Seller immediately in case of damage or accident.
8. Seller's Obligations
- To deliver the vehicle clean, with a full fuel tank and consistent with the class specified in the contract,
- To respond to customer requests and complaints within 30 days at the latest,
- To issue an invoice in compliance with legal obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution
For consumer complaints, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or competent Consumer Courts within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry. For general disputes, the courts of Trabzon are competent.
10. Entry into Force
By completing the reservation and approving the Contract, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Contract. A copy of the Contract is sent to the Buyer by email.
