RULES and CONDITIONS OF CAR HIRE

In the event of an accident, 10% of the current market price of the vehicle will be collected from the customer.
All damage fees for which an accident report is not kept will be collected from the customer.
Accidents etc. caused by the use of persons other than the customer who rented the vehicle, who are not registered in the contract. all responsibility belongs to the customer whose name is registered in the contract. And the damage payment will be collected from the customer.
Traffic fines, HGS etc. fees belong to the customer.
All responsibility belongs to the customer in all accidents, legal and illegal incidents involving alcohol.
In case of an accident, the loss of business fee of the vehicle will be collected from the customer during the day the vehicle stays in the service.
As the customer's own fault, the customer will be charged for the damage caused by the upper and lower mechanical and bodywork parts, engine, gearbox, etc.
In one-sided accidents, the exemption fee of 10% of the current value of the vehicle, which is outside the scope of motor insurance, will be collected from the customer.
In one-sided accidents, the loss of value of the vehicle will be calculated over the current sales price of the vehicle and the loss value will be collected from the customer.
All expenses not covered by the insurance and traffic fines during the use of the vehicle, as well as traffic fines issued on behalf of the customer, will be paid by the customer.
Daily mileage limits for car rental are applied as follows. In case of kilometre overruns, 5 TL+VAT will be charged for each 1 km.
1-10 Days=1500, KM The upper limit of mileage for 10+ days of use is 3500 KM.

The usage area of the vehicles is limited to the Eastern Black Sea region.
All vehicles are cleaned and delivered to customers ready for rent. In the return of the vehicle, the washing or hairdresser fee will be charged from the customer according to the pollution status of the vehicle.
Single day rental period is 24 hours. For the 2nd hour outside of 24 hours, the customer will be charged 1 day rental fee.
The customer's day extension fee will be charged at current rental prices.
All damages to the tyre, glass and headlight areas in the car rental contract are not covered by the insurance.
If the vehicle is returned before the return day specified in the contract during the vehicle allocation, the unused day is not refunded.
The guarantee fee received under the car hire contract will be returned within 10 days from the completion of the rental period.In the event that the car rental customer does not / cannot submit the alcohol report regarding the accident, or if it is determined that he / she is intoxicated in the report; It is responsible for paying for all damages to the vehicle, as well as damages to any institution / person / object belonging to the state and private, and to cover their moral losses. In this case, the motor insurance is completely disabled.
The loss of value of the vehicle due to damages in unilateral accidents is collected from the car rental customer in advance and in advance according to the current price in the car purchase and sale market.
The accident report is examined by the representatives of the Insurance and Reinsurance Association and the damages that the insurance excludes from repair due to the accident situation, damages to 2nd and 3rd persons or institutions are collected from the car rental customers in advance and in advance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               12- TRABZON Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised to resolve disputes arising from this contract
