CANCELLATION / RETURN TERMS

If you inform us about your cancellation request 24 hours before receiving your vehicle, total amount paid for rent shall be reimbursed to your credit card. If you give up receiving the vehicle on the planned hour without informing us and/or inform your cancellation request later than 24 hours before, daily price shall be cut and remaining amount shall be reimbursed to your credit card.
