COLLECTING VEHICLE

Please make sure all your documents are ready before collecting your vehicle,

- Driving License
- A valid credit card registered on your name
- Reservation approval

Rent Terms

When you reserved your vehicle and arrive at the delivery office, your vehicle shall be ready. It is our first priority to make all of our vehicles ready for rent in terms of mechanics and comfort with all our attention and sensitivity. If you think these standards are not met, please report this to our call center at +90 507 858 54 54 and rent responsible.

Check Before Renting

Please look carefully at your vehicle before collecting and if there is any scratch or damage not stated in the agreement, inform responsible about this and ask for renewal of the agreement. We would kindly like to inform you that damages not stated in the agreement shall be accepted realized during rent term and as customer, you will be responsible for these damages.

Fuel Situation

Normally, rented vehicle is delivered to you at full tank. You may return your vehicle at full tank and pay no service fee. If you don`t collect the vehicle at full tank and have no time to fill fuel, you pay only the price of fuel consumed. This price may vary according to the liter service fee valid at rent offices. You may ask the service fee to our employees at rent offices.
